Rosarium Uetersen
Rosarium Uetersen - A sea of roses Immerse yourself in a sea of colors and scents - that is the Rosarium Uetersen. A place where the senses go on a journey while the eyes delight in the splendor of around 30,000 roses. In June, at the height of the blooming season, the largest rose garden in northern Germany is transformed into a living painting that attracts visitors from all over the world. A walk through the Rosarium is like wandering through a fragrant labyrinth in which every path leads to a new discovery. Numerous seating areas invite you to linger, while play facilities cater for the youngest visitors. After a long walk, the Parkhotel Rosarium beckons with refreshments and a picturesque view of the mill pond. The history of the Rosarium is closely linked to Baron Caspar Voght, who laid the foundations for today's Baumschulland in the 18th century. His vision and passion can still be felt in every corner of the Rosarium today. A place that not only celebrates the beauty of roses, but also the history and culture that surrounds them.
