The picturesque Holsteiner Auenland is home to three fascinating forest nature and adventure trails with attractions such as a viewing tower and a hidden forest spring. The Ketelvierth nature trail near Großenaspe offers four different circular trails that are between 2.5 and 6 km long. Here, visitors can hide in a real fox's den, make a phone call to a tree or play a tree xylophone. The Hasselbusch forest nature trail, located southwest of Mönkloh, offers a short, leisurely discovery tour. On this fixed path, visitors can immerse themselves deep into the forest and playfully learn which bird sings up there and how to recognize the different trees.
