Exhibition Transall C-160, Hohn
The Transall C-160 exhibition in Hohn is an impressive testimony to aviation history. Just a few steps away from the Hohn Village Museum, it offers technology enthusiasts, history buffs and families a unique experience. The Transall C-160, a legendary military transport aircraft developed by Germany and France in the 1960s, takes center stage here. Visitors have the opportunity to view the aircraft from the inside and learn more about its diverse areas of operation. The exhibition presents over 300 exhibits that illustrate the technology, equipment and operational histories from various crisis and war zones around the world. Since its decommissioning in 2021, the Transall C-160 now serves as a unique exhibit and even offers space for smaller events or group tours. The exhibition is open from May to October on the first Sunday of every month from 14:00 to 17:00. A visit can be ideally combined with a tour of the Hohn village museum.
