Kuhberg

Historic charm meets vibrant city life: Welcome to Kuhberg, one of the oldest streets in Neumünster. In the 18th century, this street was the meeting point for the morning herd of cows that were driven to the nearby Fleckensmoor. Today, the city park enjoys great popularity on this site. The construction of the railroad station marked the beginning of a new era for the Kuhberg. The famous writer Hans Fallada even described the Kuhberg as the "Broadway" of Neumünster. Even today, the numerous well-stocked specialist stores bear witness to this heyday.
