Globus House and Baroque Garden

The Gottorf Baroque Garden was once famous for its plant diversity: of the approximately 1,200 species, many of which are non-native, 20 have been preserved to this day. Via audio guide and information boards you will learn more about the early baroque garden and the unique globe house. A trip inside the Gottorf Globe will introduce you to the formerly revolutionary world view of Galileo Galilei and Copernicus, which is still valid today.
