Canoe rest area Treia (Treene)

The barrage at the Treia operation site can be navigated at normal water levels. A second weir is located about 500 meters behind the bridge. If the water level is high enough, it can be navigated to the right of the dolphins so that the current does not push the canoe onto the bank. The third barrage is one kilometer downstream. It should be portaged on the left-hand side. From here, the Treene is a calm river that is easy to navigate.

Bivouacking is permitted here for a small fee. There is a supermarket and snack bar nearby. A toilet is located at the front of the fire station building and is freely accessible for canoeists.
