The Götzberg windmill has been taking part since 2008 and offers visitors not only guided tours but also culinary delights such as cold beer and grilled specialties. Another highlight is the Open Monument Day, which takes place on the second Sunday in September. This day, which is coordinated by the German Foundation for Monument Protection, is the largest cultural event in Germany and underlines the importance of monuments in our society.
