Biss cheese farm

At the Großer Plöner See near Dersau you will find the Biss Farm and Cheese Farm, an old-established family business of the traditional kind.
The farm has been managed by the Biss family for over 100 years.
Apart from three generations of bipeds, around 70 dairy cows live on the farm, giving their milk for the handmade cheese specialties.
Shopping in the farm's own store offers not only the farm's own cheese, but also handmade curd cheese, delicious jams and much more.
