Fullbody Workout Outdoor
Fresh air, movement, and power for the whole body!
In this 60-minute outdoor full-body workout, we train all major muscle groups using our own body weight. Functional exercises improve strength, endurance, coordination, and stability. The training is varied, effective, and suitable for all fitness levels - the intensity can be adjusted individually. Get moving on your vacation!
You need a water bottle and sports shoes or to be barefoot. Outside in good weather; otherwise, in the hall.
