The vacation apartment is located in the heart of Schleswig-Holstein, in the Nature park Aukrug in the district of Homfeld. Aukrug itself is located on the Holstein Geestrücken and forms the geographical center of the state. This makes it a perfect starting point for day trips to the North Sea coast, for example to Büsum and St. Peter-Ording, as well as to the Baltic Sea coast to Kiel and Eckernförde.
The charming forest and heathland landscape of the Nature park Aukrug offers spicy forest air and the tranquillity of nature, promising a relaxing vacation. The rolling hills, lakes and Moors of the landscape are the ideal place to forget the stress of everyday life.
