Historical charm and elegant ambience

For 110 years, the building opposite the Nikolai Church was the town's pastorate. In 2003 Christiane & Robert Stolz decided to convert the red brick house in the center of Plön into their Restaurant Stolz.
The three restaurant rooms are characterized by modern ambience and clear atmosphere. Large pictures and creative flower arrangements create a relaxed atmosphere.

Robert Stolz's Modern Nordic cuisine has been awarded a Michelin star, among others. He voluntarily sets the framework for the ingredients of his cuisine so narrow that only products from northern Germany are used.
The menu is created in close context with the seasons. This results in dishes with an authentic taste. Wild herbs, fruits and vegetables play a major role. The fish always comes from the North Sea and the Baltic Sea and from the Great Plön Lake, the meat from organic farmers from Schleswig-Holstein.
