The vacation apartment is located on the Meinert farm in Kollmar and offers accommodation in a farmhouse. It is located on the Elbe dyke and is practically equipped, including a kitchen, internet and TV. The location is suitable for guests who want to spend a quiet stay or actively explore the surrounding area. Beach areas as well as cycling and hiking trails along the Elbe can be reached from here.

Hofgenuss Meinert is a working farm on the outskirts of Kollmar. Farming is carried out here on grassland and arable land as well as with a herd of dairy cattle. Guests are given an insight into everyday life on the farm and the production of regional products.

The farm store sells various food products, including beef from animals born and reared on the farm. A mobile cheese dairy processes the milk into cheese, and fresh dishes are regularly prepared in the production kitchen. A catering service is available for events. The offer is complemented by meat from Susländer pigs as well as fruit and vegetables from the farm's own cultivation and from regional producers.

The farm is part of the Natura 2000 program and thus contributes to the preservation of biodiversity.
