Vacation farm Marquardt

Welcome to our vacation farm in Wenkendorf. Wenkendorf is a small village in the northwest of the island. Here the world is still in order: playing badminton on the village street, catching frogs and small fish in the village pond (and putting them back in afterwards) and flying kites in the stubble fields after the harvest or just sitting in the horse stable and petting the cats...

We are a farm that is still actively farming. We farm 70 acres of arable land and raise pigs conventionally. We still have ponies, cats, goats and guinea pigs that are curious to visit.

Our vacation farm offers many opportunities for children to play, a large fenced garden with sandbox, playhouse, small slide and slackline. Petting animals, almost daily pony rides, tractor rides, straw play corner, pedal cars, play floor, TT, air field hockey and billiards room, baked bread, baking and craft courses (fee required) do not let boredom arise.

Also around the vacation farm and around Wenkendorf there are many possibilities to enjoy your vacation: somewhat secluded in the north-west of the island you will find a lot of nature, have ideal conditions for cycling, walking, inline skating, fishing or just to let your soul dangle. Nordic walking sticks, cycling maps and many suggestions for planned activities are available from us free of charge.

On our farm we rent seven fully equipped apartments from 50m² - 150 m² for 4-8 people (additional beds possible depending on the apartment).

Bed linen (1x), final cleaning, tablecloths, dish towels and terry towels (unlimited, change required) are included in the rental price. Children's equipment is available free of charge (please order in advance).
In a utility room you will find dryer and washing machine for shared use (subject to charge). By prior arrangement we offer shopping service before arrival, bread service can be booked on site. Bicycle storage is available in our barn. In the garden/barbecue hut you will find grills and fire baskets.

Dogs are welcome in our house.
