The house is ideally located in a quiet residential area between the beach, golf course, forest, spa park and tennis courts. The Steenbeek is a dead end street, mainly built with small row houses and is a good starting point for your beach days, for hikes and bike tours, for example to the unique cliff or around the Hemmelsdorfer lake.
Children are enthusiastic about the Hansa-Park, the Sealife Center or the bird park, sports enthusiasts about surfing and sailing schools, water skiing or the possibility to dive.
