Camping site Bargener Fähre

The small campsite is located in the Erfden district of Bargen directly on the River Eider. The rural location offers plenty of peace and space to relax. Once you've had enough rest, you can grab your bike and take the Bargen ferry, which is just a few meters to the south, to the other side. There, in neighboring Dithmarschen, you can follow the Eider-Treene-Sorge Cycle Route or take one of the many cloverleaf routes, which - depending on the tour - will also take you back to Bargen.

For coffee and cake in the afternoon, Café Adebar in Bargen opens its doors at the weekend. If you would like to enjoy the local cuisine on other days too, a canoe tour from the canoe launching point directly north of the campsite to Delve, for example, is only about 1 km downstream. Here you can get a snack at the kiosk and catch a glimpse of the Eider in a beach chair.
